For all dates of service on or after July 1, 2000, we will be responsible for billing you and your insurance company. We have installed new software in the office to do this. Please bear with us during this transition. We will not accept less than completely accurate billing, so, if you believe that there is an error in your bill, please let us know immediately. We will investigate and correct it as soon as possible. At the same time, it is very expensive to bill and collect our charges after you have left the office. Therefore, we must ask you to pay your share of your bill at the time of service.
Our mission remains the same: to provide high quality, compassionate, timely and efficient care for our patients. In order to be able to do this, we can not participate with insurance plans which interfere too much in the delivery of that care, either by unacceptable preauthorization requirements or cumbersome paperwork or telephone hassles. If you are with a plan which you would like us to investigate, please let us know, and we will speak with them. When you enter your open enrollment period, please feel free to contact us to discuss your choices.
