Below are links to two separate portals. The MyPennMedicine portal links to our NEW EMR software. Data from 5/12018 forward should be found in the new portal. We are transitioning all activity to the new portal. The Aprima Portal links to our OLD EMR software. This is where you will find data from the period 5/1/2010 to 4/30/2018. Please do not use the Aprima portal to send us messages and questions, as those messages will not be seen as promptly.

Beginning 5/1/2018, PennChart (EPIC) is our EMR. All data from that date forward will be available through the MyPennMedicine portal. In order to create an account for the new portal, you will need a one-time access code. This is printed on your AVS (After Visit Summary) you received when you were last in the office (after 5/1/2018). If you have not been in, or can not access that code, contact the office. We can email you a new one.

From 5/1/2010 until 4/30/2018 Aprima was our EMR. Data from that time period will be available through the Aprima portal for a short time before it is deprecated. If there is data in there you would like to keep, we encourage you to download it to your computer. After the Aprima portal is no longer available, we will still have access to that data in the office if we or you should need it.
